A Message to Our Clients and Community
On March 16, 辽宁11选5开奖结果, we made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend all of our group programming. We did this to help stop the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to keep our community members as healthy as possible.
We know this will have a big impact on people who enjoy our group programs, and, it may also adversely affect people who rely on us for support. It is with this understanding that we are still offering the programs and services listed below.
NEIGHBOURHOOD CENTRE PROGRAMS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE (as of March 20th 辽宁11选5开奖结果):
- Take-away meals at 5:00 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays (pick up outside the main entrance at 1900 Davenport Road);
- Telephone outreach to vulnerable clients and community members;
- Telephone information on how to access community services and supports;
- Harm reduction supplies (distributed from the main floor of the Health Centre);
- Settlement services by telephone.
Calls regarding these services and how to access them will be answered at (416) 656-8025 during the following hours:
Monday & Wednesday: 1:30pm – 8pm
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
If your call is not answered, or you call after-hours, please leave a message on our main line and someone will call you back
The Community Choice Pharmacy will be offering full services during this time.
HEALTH CENTRE SERVICES CURRENTLY AVAILABLE (as of March 20th 辽宁11选5开奖结果):
For our regular Health Centre clients, we are providing the majority of health care by telephone including:
- Medical advice;
- Medication renewals;
- Mental health counseling for current clients.
We will continue to provide in-person appointments to our regular clients for urgent health issues that cannot be treated over the phone such as:
- Prenatal appointments;
- Diabetes, heart disease and other chronic health conditions;
- Immunization for babies and children;
- New health concerns such as ear infections, UTIs;
- Medication renewals that cannot be done over the phone
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ACCESSING THE HEALTH CENTRE
Before coming to the Health Centre YOU MUST CALL FIRST TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.
Depending on your need, you will be booked for a phone or in-person appointment.
All persons coming into the Health Centre and, or the pharmacy, will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms and travel history.
COVID-19 symptoms include fever, cough and difficulty breathing. See below for guidelines on how to self–monitor for COVID-19.
If you have symptoms of COVID-19 and your symptoms are mild, we ask that you do not come into the clinic and instead call us, Telehealth (1-866-553-7205) or Toronto Public health (416-338-7600) for advice and stay at 辽宁11选5开奖结果 to self-isolate for 14 days.
If your symptoms are very severe or you are having difficulty breathing you should go to the emergency room for assessment. Do not call 911 or go to the emergency room unless it is an emergency.
